DATE: Georgian, c.1880

A stunning Georgian giardinetti (or flower basket) ring dating from the early 19th century, circa 1800. The "basket" is set with a gorgeous rose cut diamond, and the flowers are beautifully modelled in silver and set with vivid ruby and emeralds. The 18k gold band meets the head with elegant split shoulders. Simply a gorgeous ring, and it remains in great condition.
